Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return unused and unmounted tires within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all labels and accessories.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@distinctdrift.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include this number with your returned items to ensure proper processing.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them to confirm they meet the return eligibility criteria.

  • Processing: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mounted or Used Tires: Tires that have been mounted, driven on, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Special Orders: Special order items or custom products are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the defective product.
